The Cross Incompatibilities in Cymbidium ensifolium and C.hybridum×faberi and the Cultivation of Hybrid Embryo in vitro

摘  要:以4个建兰品种、8个杂交兰品种为材料,开展了建兰与杂交兰杂交亲和性及杂交幼胚离体萌发的研究。结果表明:不同组合杂交亲和性不同,‘金丝马尾爪’ב绿美人’、‘大凤素’ב绿美人’、‘大凤素’ב金边绿凤凰’3个组合的亲和性较高,结果率均大于50%,‘小桃红’בGZ1’的亲和性较差,结果率仅为2%,其余组合介于两者之间。杂交幼胚离体萌发适宜培养基为1/2 MS+IBA(0.3 mg·L^(-1))+BA(0.03 mg·L^(-1))+AC(1g·L^(-1))+蛋白胨(2g·L^(-1)),杂交胚的平均萌发率达61.4%。Four varieties of Cymbidium ensifolium, eight varieties of C. hybridum N faberi were selected to study on the cross compatibilities and the culture technique of the hybrid young embryo in vitro. The results showed that the cross compatibility was different among different varieties, the affinity of ‘Jinsimaweizhua’ב Green Beauty 'ב Dafengsu '× ‘Green Beauty ’ and ‘ Dafengsu'× ‘ Jinbianfenghuang combinations were high, the rate was not less than 50%, while the affinity of ‘Xiaotaohong'× ‘GZ1’was poorer,the rate only 2%. The suitable initially generation culture medium of C. hybridizes young embryo was 1/2 MS +IBA (0.3 mg L-1)+BA(0.03 mg L-1)+AC(1 g L-1)peptone(2 g L-1),on which the av- erage survival rates of young embryos were 61.4%.
