摘　　要：慕课是一种大规模在线开放课程教育平台,互联网教学模式下,对传统教育模式造成了巨大的冲击,具体表现在教师地位、教学安排、教学模式以及教学评价等各个方面;从慕课带给高校教师的挑战入手,综合时代发展对于高校教师能力的实际要求,就高校教师的应对对策,发表几点看法。MOOC is a massive open online courses education platform. The Internet teaching mode has made a huge impact on traditional education mode, which reflected in the aspects of teachers＂ status, teaching arrangements, teaching models and teaching evaluations. Starting with the challenges that MOOC bring to college teachers and combining with the practical requirements of the times to college teachers＂ abilities, several countermeasures are put forward to university teachers in this paper.
