摘　　要：在当前中国经济转型的重要时期,需要更多的具备职业能力的专业人才,这就对我国的教育提出了更高的要求,如何培养具有职业能力的创新创业人才,是当前高职学院亟需重视的问题。从如何培养创新创业人才的问题出发,提出了高职院校培养创新创业人才的方案及实施策略。More and more talents with professional abilities are needed in the important period of eco- nomic transition, which puts forward higher demand to the education in China. How to cultivate innova- tional and enterprising talents with professional abilities is an essential problem in higher vocational colle- ges. This article starts from how to cultivate innovational and enterprising talents and puts forward the plan and operation strategy of cultivating innovational and enterprising talents in higher vocational colle- ges.
