低剂量吉西他滨联合奈达铂方案在膀胱尿路上皮癌化疗中的疗效和安全性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨低剂量吉西他滨联合奈达铂方案治疗膀胱尿路上皮癌的疗效和安全性。方法回顾性分析27例膀胱尿路上皮癌患者的临床诊治资料,均采取低剂量吉西他滨联合奈达铂方案化疗。结果 27例患者中,CR 2例,PR 12例,SD 9例,PD 4例,总有效率为51.8%,疾病控制率为85.1%。主要化疗不良反应为血白细胞减少、血小板减少,且化疗停止并对症治疗后很快缓解,未发生化疗相关死亡病例。结论低剂量吉西他滨联合奈达铂方案治疗膀胱尿路上皮癌安全有效。Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect and toxicities of low dose gemcitabine combined with nedaplatin in the treatment of bladder ruoedthelial carcinoma. Methods A total of 27 patients were reviewed, and received low dose gemcitabine combined with nedaplatin regimen chemotherapy. Results Of the 27 patients,2 pa- tients had CR,12 patients had PR,9 patients remained SD, and 4 patients had PD, the overall response rate was 51.8%, the disease control rate was 85.1%. The main toxicities included thrombocytopenia, leucopenia, which were mild to moderate and disappeared when the chemotherapy was ceased. No chemotherapy related death occurred. Conclusion Low dose gemcitabine combined with nedaplatin regimen is effective and safe in the treatment of blad- der urothelial carcinoma.
