摘 要:针对某卡车防盗报警喇叭支架在耐久试验过程中出现断裂问题,运用CAE对该支架进行故障验证分析,在此基础上提出改进方案,最后通过台架试验和耐久试验验证改进结构。表明用有限元方法能够有效地指导结构改进,对于同类问题的解决具有借鉴意义。A truck's anti-theft alarm horn bracket occurred fracture during road duration test. The bracket was analyzed by using the fi-nite element software Nastran. According the analysis result, two kinds of new design scheme were put fol^vard. The two kinds of new designscheme were validated by using the bench test and duration test. It is shown that finite element method is an effective method in analyzing andimproving the structure design. It provides reference for solving related problems.
