摘 要:随着重症医学科的建设和快速发展,重症医护人员在临床工作中对血液净化的认识逐步加深。滤过方式和器械的改进实现了危重症患者对床边血液透析的需求,逐步提升了临床救治率。国内大部分重症监护病区已配备固定的血液净化技术相关专业团队,能够提供及时有效的血液透析相关治疗和护理,但危重症患者多器官功能衰竭的发病率并未显著下降。如何将血液净化更有效的应用于危重症患者,关键在于对脏器功能的保护、精细化的液体管理、维持血流动力学稳定以及内环境平衡等方面的研究。血液净化的应用领域将随着认识的深化和扩大,在实践中持续推进血液净化技术的质量改进,实现精准、安全、有效的治疗。With the rapid development of intensive medicine, understanding of blood purification was deepened increasingly in clinic. The improvement of filtration methods and equipment guarantee bedside blood purification in critical patients and improve the survival rate. Most of the intensive care units in China have been equipped with a professional team of fixed blood purification technology to provide timely and effective hemodialysis related treatment and care. However, the incidence of multiple organ failure in critically ill patients did not decrease significantly. The key to improve efficiency purification in critically ill patients is organ function protection, precisefluid management, hemodynamic stability and internal environment homeostasis. To achieve a safe, accurate and effective cure in critical patients, continuous quality improvement in blood purification therapy is essential.
