摘　　要：目的:分析精神分裂症患者血清轻稀土元素水平与精神分裂症的关系。方法:应用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(ICP-MS)测定30例精神分裂症患者入院用药前(病例组)、临床痊愈时(痊愈组)和30例健康人(对照组)血清中的轻稀土元素含量。结果:与健康对照组相比,病例组血清中镧、铈和镨3种元素的含量明显增高,钕元素在两组间的差异无统计学意义;痊愈组血清中铈和镨两种元素的含量明显增高,镧和钕元素在两组间的差异无统计学意义。血清中镧、铈、镨、钕的含量在病例组和痊愈组之间的差异无统计学意义。结论:精神分裂症患者血清中镧、铈、镨3种轻稀土元素的含量有明显变化,提示精神分裂症患者体内可能存在稀土元素的失调。Objective： To analyze the relationship between the levels of light rare earth elements in schizophrenia patients＇ serum and schizophrenia. Methods： By using inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry （ICP-MS）, the contents of light rare earth elements in 30 cases of schizophrenia patients＇ serum before getting treatment （case group）, and during the clinical recovery （recovery group）, and 30 healthy people （control group） are respectively determined. Results： Compared with the healthy control group, the serum contents of the 3 elements of lanthanum（I.a）, cerium（Co） and praseodymium（Pr） in the case group increase significantly while the difference of neodymium（Nd） contents between the two groups has no statistical significance. The serum contents of the 2 elements of Ce and Pr in the recovery group increase significantly, while the difference of Nd contents between the two groups has no statistical significance. The difference of the serum contents of La, Ce and Pr between the case group and the recovery group has no statistical significance. Conclusion.. The serum contents of the 3 elements of La, Ce and Pr in the schizophrenia patients change obviously, which indicates that there may be a disorder of rare earth elements in the schizophrenia patients.
