摘　　要：目的探讨三阴性乳腺癌组织细胞角蛋白5/6(CK5/6)表达与血行微小转移的关系。方法选择2014年12月—2016年8月收治的40例女性三阴性乳腺癌术后切除组织及相关临床病理资料,进行免疫组化染色及结果判定,应用Can Patrol技术对循环肿瘤细胞(CTCs)进行分型检测。观察CK5/6的表达情况、CTCs分型计数及其与临床病理特征的关系。结果三阴性乳腺癌CK5/6阳性表达率为62.5%。CK5/6的表达和CTC分型计数与临床病理特征无相关性(P>0.05)。CK5/6阴性表达患者术后混合型和间质型CTC计数高于阳性表达患者(P<0.05)。结论三阴性乳腺癌CK5/6阴性表达者更易发生早期血行微小转移。Objective To investigate relationship between cytokeratin5/6 （CK5/6） expression in triple negative breast cancer （TNBC） tissues and hematogenous micrometastasis. Methods Postoperative tissues and clinicopathologi- cal data of 40 TNBC patients undergoing surgery between December 2014 and August 2016 were performed immunohisto-chemical staining and outcome judgement. Circulating tumor cells （CTCs） were performed classifying detection using CanPatrol technology, and CK5/6 expression and relationship between CTCs classifying counting and clinicopathological characteristics were observed. Results Positive expression rate of CK5/6 in TNBC tissues was 62.5%. CK5/6 expres- sion showed no correlation with CTCs classifying counting and clinicopathological characteristics （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Value of CTC counting in postoperative mixed and interstitial substance types of patients with negative expression was higher than that in patients with positive expression （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion TNBC patients with CK5/6 negative expression are more likely to occur hematogenous micrometastasis in early period.
