摘 要:大学生就业的专业相关性是高等教育质量以及人才培养社会适应性的反映。但就本科教育而言,大学生就业的专业相关性也并非与职业岗位"一一对应",而是要以本科教育专业人才培养目标和模式的多样化适应职业岗位的多元化需求。实践中,本科教育专业设置与课程设置僵化、培养目标与培养规格雷同导致大学毕业生社会适应性差、就业的专业相关性不高。本科教育改革关键是要切实给予大学专业设置自主权,加强专业设置与改造,健全专业设置与改造的制度保障机制,提升大学毕业生的社会适应性和就业竞争力。The specialty relevance of college students's employment is a reflection of the quality of higher education and the social adaptability of talent cultivation. In terms of undergraduate education, specialty relevance of the employment of college students is not one-to-one correspondence with the professional positions, but to meet diversify the objectives and patterns of professional positions. In practice, the majors and the curriculums of undergraduate education rigidity lead to poor social adaptation of college graduates and lower specialty relevance of employment. The key to the undergraduate education reform is to give the university professional autonomy, strengthen the professional setting and transformation, and establish majors setting and transformation mechanism, so as to enhance the social adaptability and employment competitiveness of university graduates.
