摘  要:目前,联合化疗及精准靶向药物的应用在白血病治疗中占据不可替代的地位。但是,相当一部分患者存在化疗及靶向药物治疗耐药,导致白血病难治、复发。有效逆转白血病耐药,是提高和改善白血病患者预后和长期生存的重要途径之一。笔者就近年白血病耐药相关分子机制的研究进展进行阐述,旨在为理解和探索逆转白血病耐药拓宽思路。Currently, application of combination chemotherapy and precise targeted drugs in the treatment of leukemia occupies an irreplaceable position, but there are considerable number of patients with chemotherapy and targeted therapy resistance, leading to leukemia refractory and relapsed. It is one of the important ways to improve the prognosis and long-term survival of patients with leukemia to effectively reverse the drug resistance. In this paper, the recent research progress on leukemia drug resistance related molecular mechanisms were reviewed, aimed to broaden the train of thought to understand and explore some ways to reverse the drug resistance of leukemia.
