摘　　要：中耳乳突相关结构的重建对恢复中耳功能,改善患者术后生活质量起重要作用。随着相关材料学方面的发展,不断有新材料应用于中耳乳突功能的重建,但自体材料因无免疫原性、不产生额外费用、易于塑形、术后效果稳定等优点,在临床实践中仍占重要一席。自体乳突骨皮质在绝大多数中耳乳突术前都保持完整或相对完整,然而行完壁式或开放式乳突根治或乳突探查术时却常常被磨除或弃用,造成不必要的浪费。Summary The reconstruction of tympanomastoid, such as scutum, lateral wall of attic, posterior wall of ex- ternal auditory canal, mastoid cortex and auditory ossicular bone, is an important method to restore the function of middle ear and improve the living quality of patients. At present, there are a lot of new materials used to recon- struct the tympanomastoid, the autogenous mastoid cortical bone is still one of selective materials, we will intro- duce our experiences and review the related research about those reconstructions using this material in this paper.
