摘　　要：目的了解临床医学生对医疗纠纷的认知、态度及行为,研究其对临床系医学生择业观的影响。方法采用问卷调查的方法,定量资料采用方差分析或t检验,等级资料采用秩和检验。结果发放问卷350份,回收有效问卷344份,有效率为98.3%。临床医学生对医疗纠纷相关概念知晓度平均得分6.66±1.979,其中不同性别、年级临床医学生的知晓度有统计学差异;24.7%的人认为目前医患关系融洽或比较融洽,88.1%的人认为医生和患者之间存在信任危机;超过半数的人认为改善目前医患关系的主要途径是加强医护人员的素质和道德教育以及制定与医疗纠纷相关的法律保护医患双方。结论临床医学生对医疗纠纷认知程度不高,多数人认为医生和患者之间存在信任危机,并对临床医学生未来择业产生一定的影响。学校有必要对临床生进一步开展多样的医患纠纷教育课程。Objective To investigate the cognition, attitude and behavior of medical disputes in clinical medical students and to study its influence on the employment of clinical medical students. Methods Questionnaire survey was used to get data, then quantitative data was analyzed by ANOVA or t test, and rank data was analyzed by rank sum test. Results A total of 350 questionnaires were provided,and valid questionnaires were collected in 344 cases. The effective rate was 98.3%. The result showed that the average score of awareness degree of clinical medical students was 6.66 （ 1. 979. The differences were significant among the different genders and different majors of clinical medical students. There were 24.7% people thought that the current doctor - patient relationship was harmonious. There were 88.1% people thought that there was a crisis of confidence between doctors and patients. More than half of the people thought that the main way to improve doctor - patient relationship was to strengthen the quality and moral education of the medical staff and the development of medical malpractice legal protection of both doctors and patients. Conclusion The medical students know little about medical disputes, and most people think that there is a crisis of confidence between doctors and patients, and there are some impacts on medical students future careers. It is necessary for the school to carry out a variety of doctor - patient dispute education courses.
