摘　　要：文章从社会、学校和研究生自身角度,分析了当前我国在读医学研究生论文剽窃等学术诚信缺失行为产生的原因,提出应通过建立相关制度和机制来聚合社会、高校和导师等多方面力量,以遏制该现象。At present, medical graduates in China are lack of academic integrity, such as paper plagiarism, etc., and this paper analyzes the causes of this behavior from the perspectives of society, university, and graduate students themselves, and puts forward that we should collect various forces of the society, the colleges and universities, and the supervisors to stop the phenomenon by establishing relevant systems and mechanisms.
