摘  要:采用量表法和比较研究法,考察锻炼认同对锻炼行为的预测价值。在比较研究中选择了锻炼自我决定动机、锻炼承诺、锻炼自我定义作为比较对象,对各变量对锻炼行为的单独预测作用和相对预测作用进行考察,结果表明:角色认同、信念、外形、能力和鼓励可以正向预测锻炼行为;在锻炼认同各变量中,角色认同对锻炼行为的单独预测作用和相对预测作用均为最高;与锻炼自我决定动机、锻炼承诺和锻炼自我定义比较,角色认同对锻炼行为的单独预测作用和相对预测作用也均为最高。By adopting the scale method and comparative study method, the predictive value of exercise identity on exercise behavior was investigated. In the comparative study, the self-determination motive, the exercise commitment and the exercise self-definition are selected as the object of comparison, and the individual predictive action and the relative prediction effect of each variable on the exercise behavior are investigated. The results show that the role identity, belief, appearane, ability and encourage play a positive role in predicting the exercise behavior, among which role identity plays the most significant role in both the individual and the relative predictive effect. Compared with exercise self-determination motive, exercise commitment and exercise self-definition, both the individual and the relative predictive effect of role identity on the exercise behavior are also the greatest.
