摘　　要：《货币银行学》是金融专业的核心基础课,货币银行学"学生参与型1+2+3+4"教改模式探讨,有利于促进金融教学的不断深化,解决教学过程的新情况、新问题,实现教学的新突破,以满足市场的需求和时代的要求。货币银行学"学生参与型1+2+3+4"教改模式可以通过以学生为中心,确立教学改革的目标管理定位,重视学生参与教学的积极性,并用相关理论进行解释,这种教学模式的推广对学生产生了很多积极的效应。As Money and Banking is the core course of financial specialty, the teaching reform featuring the students＇ participation under the model of ＂1＋2＋3＋4＂ facilitates the deepening of financial teaching and solve the new situation and the new problems of the teaching process, achieving a new breakthrough in teaching to meet the needs of the market and the requirements of the times. The concept of ＂students＇ participation 1 ＋ 2 ＋ 3 ＋ 4＂ can be interpreted by the related students-centered theory of establishing the orientation of goal management featuring the enthusiasm of students participation in teaching and the promotion of this teaching mode has a lot of positive effects on students.
