摘　　要：社会经济发展需要高水平复合型创新人才提供智力支持和推动,而研究生创新能力的培养既要符合个人成长与成才规律,又要符合经济社会发展需求。推动研究生教育综合改革,就要提高研究生教育水平和质量,而研究生招生质量与研究生培养质量密切相关。研究生招生选拔机制、生源质量和生源结构制约研究生培养目标、培养质量和培养方案。提高研究生创新能力从而提升研究生培养质量就要优化研究生选拔方式,提高生源质量,从课程设置、教学方法、师资力量、学科建设、奖惩政策等方面提升研究生教育水平,同时建立研究生科研创新能力培养的监管机制,为研究生科研创新提供良好环境。Social and economic development requires a high level of complex innovative talents to pro- vide intellectual support and promotion. The cultivation of graduate students＇ innovative ability should not only meet the individual growth and talent law, but be also in line with economic and social development needs. To promote the comprehensive reform of graduate education it is necessary to improve the level and quality of postgraduate education, and graduate students enrollment quality and graduate training quality is closely related. The mechanism of graduate student enrollment, the quality of students and the structure of students restrict the training objectives of graduate students, cultivating quality and training programs. To improve the quality of graduate students should optimize the selection ways of graduate students, en- hance the level of graduate education from the curriculum, teaching methods, teachers, discipline con- struction and reward and punishment policies, and establish graduate students research and innovation a- bility supervision mechanism for graduate students to provide a good environment for scientific research and innovation.
