住院消化内科患者对生活护理需求状况的调查研究

摘　　要：目的探讨消化内科住院患者对生活护理需求状况,提升患者生活护理的质量。方法抽取我院消化内科进行住院的患者300例对生活护理需求(14项)进行问卷调查。结果收回有效调查问卷283份,各项生活护理得分在2.2~3.8分之间;无陪护的患者占6.4%,由家人陪护的患者占90.8%,自聘护工的患者占2.8%,不同的陪护条件对护士的生活护理需求中除会阴护理、足部清洁、整理床铺之外,对生活需求差异较大,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),自聘护工的患者对比于另两组患者相对较高;患者不愿意护士对其进行生活护理的原因依次为:希望得到家人照顾、不好意思麻烦护理人员,担心收费过高,性别关系觉得不适应,护士太忙担心得不到良好照顾。结论消化内科患者对生活护理的需求状况呈中等偏上的水平,由护工进行陪护的患者的生活护理的需求相对较高,需针对目前存在的问题制定出相对应的措施。Objective To explore the life nursing requirments of hospitalized patients in gastroenterology department, in order to improve quality of life nursing. Methods 300 patients in the Department of Gastroenterology of our hospital were selected to conduct a questionnaire survey （14 counts） of life nursing needs. Results 283 questionnaires were effective, and the scores of life care were between 2.2 and 3.8.6.4% of the patients without escort,90.8% of the patients by the accompanying family,2.8% of the patients were self-employed nursing.In addition to perineal nursing care,foot cleaning,and making the bed,there were differences in the demand for life care in different nursing conditions,and the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）.Self-employed nursing patients were relatively higher than the other two groups.The reasons why patients do not want to nurse their life were as follows that they like family to take care,don＇t want trouble nurse,worry about the charges,uncomfortable because of sex feel,and worry the nurses so busy that had no enough energy. Conclusion The life nursing requirments of hospitalized patients is above the middle level in the department of digestion internal medicine.The life nursing reqnirments of patiens with nursing workers are relatively higher than others.The corresponding measures should be made at current problems.
