国际创业导向与国际经营绩效关系实证研究:环境的调节作用

摘　　要：探讨了国际创业导向的3个维度即开拓、创新、冒险如何作用于企业国际经营绩效,指出国际创业导向对国际经营绩效的影响呈倒U型,同时,其作用关系受到国外市场环境稳定性与环境敌意性的影响。通过对219个中国国际化企业的实证检验,验证了国际创业导向确实能够提高国际经营绩效,但随着国际创业导向的不断强化,其达到某一点后开始减弱企业绩效;环境稳定性会加强倒U型关系,国外市场敌意性会削弱倒U型关系。The paper devotes on investigating the relationship between international entrepreneurial orientation and international performance.It proposes that the relationship between international entrepreneurial orientation and international performance is inverted U shape.Meanwhile,this relationship is moderated by environment stability and environmental hostility.Based upon a sample of 219 Chinese international firms,findings support that although international entrepreneurial orientation are beneficial,they can weaken a firm＇s international performance in foreign markets,after a certain point.Environment stability strengthens the inverted U shape and environment hostility weakens the inverted U shape.
