摘　　要：思想政治教育,不能局限于人生的某一阶段的思想教育,理应关注人的终身教育,在这个教育过程中大学阶段的教育尤为重要。在当今高校生命观之死亡教育缺位的现状下,探讨辅导员进行生命观教育的拓展,以临终关怀为视角,通过透视临终者在临终期这个特殊阶段所体现出的"三观",即由"临终"观"生",自"临终"得"生",从而唤起医学生的道德情感并外化道德行为;帮助医学生树立科学的生命观,正确看待生命的意义和价值,珍视生命的同时更善待生命,利于个人职业道德品质的发展和形成。Ideology education should focus on a lifelong period rather than a certain period of life. In that period, college education is especially important. This thesis attempts to explore the role of a counselor to expand education of outlook on life in current absence of death education in colleges. From the angle of hospice care, it firstly intends to arouse students＇ morals and put them into practice by studying dying patients＇ ＂ three outlooks＂ getting the value and guidance of life from it. Secondly, to help the students to establish their scientific life views, form correct views of the meaning and values of life, and cherish and value their lives. It is useful for the development and establishment of their professional ethics.
