云南省毕业生就业问题探析

摘　　要：高校扩招以来,云南省教育规模迅速扩大,快速实现了高等教育大众化。随着扩招后的毕业生走向劳动力市场,大学生就业问题越来越重要。本文从云南省毕业生整体情况出发,分析了毕业生就业中存在的问题,并提出了相应的对策。Since the enrollment expansion of colleges and universities in Yunnan province, the education scale expanded rapidly, the higher education quickly realizes the popularization. After the enlarged enrollment of graduates to the labour market, the problem of university students＇ employment is more and more important. Based on the overall situation of graduate in Yunnan province and analysis of graduates＇ employment in question, the paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures.
