摘　　要：随着社会经济的发展,房地产行业对房地产专业学生职业技能与职业素养的要求也越来越高,因此教学方式方法需要不断更新。在房地产专业开展赛教结合的一二课堂协同教学,引入真实工作情景与竞争机制,激发学生学习的主动性,从而提升职业能力与素养,并有利于促使教师教学水平提高。With the development of social economy, the real estate industry has become more and more demanding students＇ vocational skills and professional accomplishment. The teaching methods need to be updated constantly. To carry out curricular and extracurricular collaborative teaching based on the combination of competition and teaching in Real Estate Specialty, by introducing real work scenarios and competition mechanisms, the students＇ initiative in learning can be stimulated, so that their professional ability and quality can be improved, and it also helps to improve the teaching level of teachers.
