一贯煎治疗肝肾阴虚型老年帕金森病的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察一贯煎汤剂治疗肝肾阴虚型老年帕金森病的疗效。方法选取160例65岁以上肝肾阴虚型老年帕金森病人作为研究对象,随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组80例,两组均统一接受美多巴治疗,而治疗组在美多巴治疗的同时,给予一贯煎治疗。在治疗前及治疗后第1个月、治疗后第3个月及治疗后第6个月,分别对两组进行帕金森统一评分量表(UPDRS)、Webster量表评分,观察一贯煎汤剂治疗肝肾阴虚型老年帕金森病的疗效。结果治疗后第1个月,两组间UPDRS量表及Webster量表评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后第3个月、治疗后第6个月,两组间UPDRS量表及Webster量表评分比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论一贯煎汤剂对肝肾阴虚型老年性帕金森的疗效肯定,但疗效与疗程有关,需连续用药。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Yiguanjian decoction （YGJD） in the treatment of senile Parkinson7s dis-ease with liver kidney yin deficiency syndrome. Meihods One hundred and sixty elderly patients with Parkinson7s disease and liver kidney yin deficiency syndrome were randomly divided into two groups：control group （n = 80） treated with madopar,and treatment group （n = 80） treated with YGJD plus madopar. United Parkinson7s disease rating scale （UPDRS） and Webster scale were ob-served before treatment and after treatment of 1 month,3 months and 6 months. Results There was no significant difference in Webster Scale and UPDRS scores between two groups after treatment of 1 month （ P 〉 0 .0 5 ） while there was significant difference between two groups after treatment of 3 months and 6 months （ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion YGJD has effect on senile Parkinson7s dis-ease with liver kidney yin deficiency syndrome. The clinical therapeutic effect was related to time course of therapy.
