摘 要:目的:为了确定利乐复合材料与PE密封条热封性能,研究利乐复合材料和PE密封条在不同热封条件下,其热封强度随热封因素变化而变化的规律。方法:通过三组单因素试验,确定热封强度受各因素影响的初始规律,得到各个热封因素取值范围,然后根据单因素热封试验结果设计响应面试验,最终通过响应面分析法分析各个热封因素对纵封热封强度的影响规律。结论:最佳的纵封热封条件:热封时间0.87s,热封温度147.77℃,热封压力200N,此时纵封热封强度为19.378N/15mm。Objective : In order to determine the optimal parameters of the vertical sealing between tetra pak material and PE sealing strips, the rules of the change of heat sealing strength under different vertical heat seal-ing conditions were studied. Methods : through three set of single factor experiments, the initial regularities of the relationship between vertical heat sealing strength and those three factors affected it were determined, and the range of each factor was set up. Then based on the results of the experiments,a response surface experiment was devised. According to the analysis of the result,the law of the change of vertical heat sealing strength under different heat sealing conditions was finally found. Conclusion : the optimal vertical heat sealing condition : the heat sealing time was 0. 87s,when the heat sealing temperature was 147. 77℃ , the heat sealing pressure was 200N,and the vertical heat sealing strength was 19. 378N/15mm.
