微创技术联合即刻MTA根尖倒充填治疗前牙区根尖囊肿的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的分析前牙区根尖囊肿采用微创技术联合即刻MTA根尖倒充填治疗的临床疗效,并为临床该病的治疗提供参考。方法选取2013年3月~2016年3月我院收治的98例前牙区根尖囊肿患者,根据治疗方案分为观察组与对照组各49例。观察组采用微创技术联合即刻MTA根尖倒充填治疗,对照组使用微创技术联合普通倒充填治疗,对比分析两组的临床治疗效果。结果治疗前两组咀嚼情况评分差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,治疗后两组均有改善,观察组咀嚼情况评分为（8.7±1.1）分,较治疗前得到明显缓解且明显优于对照组（6.9±1.2）分（P〈0.05）。治疗后两组患者的牙髓病变以及根尖病变的评分均较治疗前有明显改善（P〈0.05）,但观察组明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）。治疗3个月后观察组有效率97.96%显著高于对照组79.59%（P〈0.05）。结论前牙区根尖囊肿患者采取微创技术联合即刻MTA根尖倒充填治疗效果较好。Objective To study the clinical effect of minimally invasive technique combined with immediate MTA retrograde filling treatment of periapical cysts in anterior teeth region. Methods Selected 98 patients with periapical cysts in anterior teeth region from Mar 2013 to Mar 2016 in our hospital, divided them into observation group and control group according to the different treatment. Observation group accepted minimally invasive technique combined with MTA retrograde filling materi-als, control group accepted minimally invasive technique generally inverted restorative treatment. Compared the clinical results of the two groups. Results The chew score of two groups before treatment had no significant difference（P〈0.05）, both groups were improved after treatment, chew circumstances score of the observation group was 8.7±1.1, which was significantly alleviated and significantly better than control group（6.9±1.2）（P〈0.05）. After treatment, endodontic apical lesions and lesion scores of the two groups were significantly improved, but the observation group was significantly better than control group（P〈0.05）. The effective rate of observation group was 97.96%,which was significantly higher than control group（79.59%）. Conclusion For anterior teeth region periapical cysts patients minimally invasive techniques and immediate MTA apexification pour filling treat-ment has good effect, and is worth to be recommended for clinical use.
