摘  要:[目的]修订临床低年资护士中文版情绪智力量表(EIS)并检验其信效度。[方法]以442名低年资护士为样本对中文版EIS进行探索性因子分析;以421名低年资护士为样本进行验证性因子分析,采用SPSS 19.0和AMOS 22.0软件对资料进行信效度分析。[结果]量表总均分为(3.82±0.31)分,33个条目均分为3.05分~4.46分。探索性因子分析最终确定16个条目的新四因素结构模型,累积解释方差58.665%;验证性因子分析拟合总体较好[拟合优度指数(GFI)=0.918,比较拟合指数(CFI)=0.934,近似误差均方根(RMSEA)=0.049,标准化拟合指数(NFI)=0.902,增值拟合指数(IFI)=0.936,非标准拟合指数(TLI)=0.920];该量表总体Cronbach’sα系数为0.826,各维度Cronbach’sα系数均大于0.6。[结论]修订后的中文版EIS具有良好的信效度,可作为临床低年资护士情绪智力水平的评估工具。ObjectiveTo revise the Chinese version of emotional intelligence scale (EIS) and to te s t its reliability and validity for clinical junior nurses. Methods: The Chinese version of EIS was conducted to 442 clinical junior nurses for exploratory factor analysis. Moreover, confirmatory factor analysis was carried out for 421 clinical junior nurses. Data were analyzed by SPSS19. 0 and AMOS22. 0 software about the reliability and validity. Re- sults:The total average score of the scale was 3. 82z to . 31 ,and the average score of 33 item from 3. 05 to 4. 46. A new scale with 4 factors and 16 items was identified by using exploratory factor analysis. The cumulative con-tribution of variance was 58. 665%. Confirmatory factor analysis showed that the fitness of the model was per- fect(GFI = 0. 918,CFI = 0. 934,RMSEA=0. 049,NFI = 0. 902,IFI = 0. 936,TLI = 0. 920). The total Cronbach's a coefficient of the Chinese version of EIS was 0 .826 and the Cronbach’ s a coefficients of all factors were all a-bove 0. 6. Conclusion: The Chinese version of EIS was proved to be reliable and valid after amended. It could be used to assess the emotional intelligence of clinical junior nurses.
