摘　　要：共产党和工人党国际会议是各国共产党和工人党进行经验交流、开展联合斗争的平台。第17届共产党和工人党国际会议分析了当前国际形势的特点,指出国际金融危机的影响依然存在,危机的后果在恶化,帝国主义矛盾在激化,世界力量在重组。会议分析了帝国主义榨取利润的两种手段——"和平"手段和战争手段。在此基础上,会议指出了共产党的任务和斗争策略,包括揭露资本主义制度的本质、反对帝国主义战争、发动人民运动、实现工人阶级的国际联合、争取合法的政治斗争环境、促进世界和平与发展。The International Meeting of Communist and Workers ＇ Parties is the platform on which Communist and Workers＇ Parties exchange experiences and launch joint struggles. The 17th International Meeting of Communist and Workers＇ Parties analyzed the characteristics of the current inter- national situation, which included the persistence of international financial crisis, the worsening of the consequences of the crisis, the intensification of the contradictions of imperialism and the reorgani- zation of world power. It pointed out the two means that the imperialists squeeze profits ： so - called ＂ peaceful＂ means and war means. On this basis, it pointed out the tasks and policies of the Communist Party, which included exposing the nature of the capitalist system, opposing imperialist war, launching the people＇ s movement, realizing the unification of international working class, struggling for legitimate political environment and promoting world peace and development.
