摘　　要：文章以大学生道德责任教育的重要性为切入点,结合当前我国大力推进依法治国的大背景,从心理要素知情信意行层面对当下大学生道德责任教育实效性不足的原因进行分析,提出了在依法治国视域下增强大学生道德责任教育实效性的方法,如主导性与主体性相结合,教育与管理相配合,建立德育与智育、道德与法律互动和整合的机制,以法律为基础保障道德责任行为者的利益,通过实践将自律与他律相结合等。This paper, based on the importance of education of morality and responsibility for undergraduates and a- gainst the current background of vigorously promoting the rule of law, analyzed the reasons for the inefficiency of current ed- ucation of moral and responsibility for undergraduates in terms of psychological factors, and proposed some methods to en- hance efficiency of the education from the angle of the rule of law, such as combining dominance with subjectivity, and ed- ucation with management, establishing a mechanism for the interaction and integration between moral education and intel- lectual education and between morality and law, protecting the interests of actors by taking the law as the basis, and uniting self-discipline and heteronomy through practice.
