摘 要:本文以武汉市生物医药产业为例,按产业集群内企业发生的技术供给与需求联系构建网络。网络嵌入性表征网络的整体功能和企业位置及其对信息的控制优势,与创新绩效密切相关。因此,以节点度、中心度和结构洞作为结构嵌入指标,实证分析不同维度嵌入对企业创新绩效产出的影响。研究结果表明,节点度、中介中心度对创新绩效存在正向影响,接近中心度对集群企业创新产品收入贡献存在负向影响,结构洞数量与创新绩效无关。结合网络结构特征和产业发展现状提出:大力支持处于"中介连接"地位的专业平台型企业的建设;建立以核心企业为主导的实验室经济;适当减缓对于核心企业的支持力度。This paper built a specific connection network based on transaction projects of enterprises' technology supply and demand in Wuhan bio-medieine industry. Structure embeddedness represents the overall function of network and the information control edge. We took degree centrality, centrality and structural holes as indicators to study on the effects of network structure to enterprise innovation performance. The results show: degree centrality and betweenness centrality have positive impact on enterprise's innovation perform- ance; closeness centrality generates negative impact; while structure hole doesn't have relationship with innovation perform- ance. Professional platforms for technology innovation which play significant role in connecting enterprises or professional institutions should be developed; the laboratory economy which is dominant by the core-firm should be established; supports to some dominant en- terprises should be cut down.
