摘 要:2008年三聚氰胺"毒奶粉事件"后,中国消费者对国产婴幼儿配方奶粉失去信任。近年,互联网的普及与发展令海淘更为便捷,中国消费者倾向于购买国外奶粉,国产婴幼儿配方奶粉市场竞争压力较大。随2015年《中澳自贸协定》签署,中国婴幼儿配方奶粉市场挑战与机遇并存。通过分析《中澳自贸协定》中涉及婴幼儿配方奶粉相关内容、《中澳自贸协定》实施前后中国婴幼儿配方奶粉市场进口情况及由此带来的积极影响与挑战,为国产婴幼儿配方奶粉行业发展提出多措并举降成本、提高质量增需求、推进"实验室经济"模式的对策建议,以推动国产婴幼儿配方奶粉行业发展。After the melamine"poison milk powder incident"in 2008,Chinese consumers on domestic infant formula milk power could be said to be afraid.In recent years,the popularity and development of the Internet has made it easier to buy products online overseas.Chinese consumers tended to buy the milk powder from foreign countries,which made the domestic infant formula milk powder market stressful.With the signing of the"China-Australia FTA"in 2015,China's infant formula milk powder market was both facing opportunities and challenges.The purpose of this paper was to provide feasible countermeasures for the development of domestic infant formula industry by analyzing the related contents of infant formula milk powder in"China-Australia FTA",Chinese infant formula market imports before and after the implementation of"China-Australia FTA"and the positive impact and challenges.It could be found the development of domestic infant formula milk powder could be promoted by taking measures to reduce costs,and improving quality to increase demand and promoting"laboratory economic"model.
