购买不同种农副产品的意愿及影响因素分析——以江西省空巢农户为例

摘  要:采用江西省调研数据,探究不同层次空巢农户购买绿色农产品及有机农产品的意愿度与影响其购买的具体因素。研究结果显示:在购买价格不高于溢价比例30%的前提下,大多数空巢农户愿意购买安全性农产品,且对于有机农产品的购买意愿要高于绿色农产品,购买者年龄、是否为家庭原料采购者、年收入、对农产品质量安全的在意程度对上述两种农产品的购买行为都会产生类似的显著性影响,但是空巢农户的文化程度和职业对农产品的购买意愿的影响却存在着明显差异。另外,购买农产品支出占家庭总收入的份额多少对于空巢农户购买农产品的意愿并不明显。Useing the survey data in jiangxi province, to explore the different levels of empty nest farmers willingness to buy green agricultural products and organic agricultural products and factors affecting the purchase. Results show: if the purchase price is not higher than 30% premium ratio, most of the empty nest families are willing to buy safe agricultural products, and purchase intention of organic agricultural products is higher than the green agricultural products; buyer' s age, whether for domestic raw materials procurement, annual income and the degree of caring about the quality and safety of agricultural products have similar influence on the buying behavior of the above two kinds of agricultural products ; but the farmer's cultural level and professional of empty nest family have obvious influence on agricultural product purchase.
