摘 要:教学管理人员是高校教学管理的实践者。然而教学管理工作者在高校中的发展并不乐观,出现了工作人员流动大,工作倦怠的现象。通过对高校教学管理人员现状分析,对存在问题提出对策,提出应从自身提高职业素养;建立健全交流培训的长效机制;加强教学管理队伍建设三个方面对教学管理人员的职业发展提供有效的保障,促进高校教学管理水平的提高。Teaching management personnel is the practitioner of management in collges and universities. However, the development of teaching management workers is not optimistic, some unhealthy phenomenon appears such as staff mobility and job burnout. Through the analysis of the present situation of college teaching management, this paper put forward countermeasures for the existing problems. We should improve the professional quality; we should establish and improve the long-term mechanism of exchange and training and we should strengthen the construction of teaching management team. These measures can provide effective guarantee for the professional development of the teaching management staff 'and promote the improvement of teaching management in colleges and universities.
