摘 要:根据纵扭复合型超声波电机的纵振动数学模型,建立了基于Matlab的Simulink仿真模型。分析了预压力、摩擦材料厚度、激振力幅值等参数改变情况下,电机的纵振动变化过程。仿真结果表明:分别增大预压力和摩擦材料厚度,则接触角增大,转子位移减小,定子位移基本不变,但冲击力会随着预压力的增大而增大,随摩擦材料厚度的增大而减小;随着激振力幅值的增大,定子位移、转子位移、冲击力均增大,但接触角减小;激振力的三次谐波成分对纵振动的影响可以忽略。F_c-h_f关系曲线给出了定转子全程接触的临界条件。仿真结果为超声波电机设计提供一定的理论分析基础。Based on longitudinal-vibration mathematical model of the hybrid longitudinal-torsional ultrasonic motor, a simulation model was constructed. The longitudinal-vibration process of the motor were derived by simulation with the consideration of parameters such as the preload and the thickness of friction materials as well as the amplitude of exciting force. The conclusions are: By increasing the preload and the thickness of friction materials separately, the contact angle of stator to rotor increases, the rotor vibration displacement decreases but the stator vibration displacement remains the same level. But the amplitude of impulsive force increases with the increase of the preload and decreases with the increase of the thickness of friction materi- als; With the increase of the amplitude of exciting force, the stator vibration displacement and the rotor vi- bration displacement as well as the amplitude of impulsive force increases but the contact angle of stator to rotor remains at same level ; The simulation also shows that the triple harmonic of exciting force has negligible effect on longitudinal-vibration . The Fc-hf curve is given for the critical condition of total-touch of stator and rotor. The simulation result is helpful for the design of a hybrid longitudinal-torsional ultrasonic motor.
