生态支付意愿与受偿意愿差异性影响因素研究——以安溪铁观音产区为调研地

摘　　要：利用条件价值法(CVM)对安溪铁观音产区茶叶经营者的生态支付意愿(WTP)与受偿意愿(WTA)进行调研,在此基础上通过线性回归分析影响WTP与WTA差异的因素。结果表明,WTA与WTP差异显著,WTA/WTP超过5,而茶叶种植者对生态补偿项目的关注度、生态种茶技术的使用情况以及茶叶收入占家庭收入的百分比这3个因素显著影响了WTA与WTP的差异性。综合分析各影响因素发现,茶叶种植平均利润增长、茶叶经济收入占家庭收入比例提高,会使WTP提高,使WTA与WTP的不对称性减弱;生态项目关注度提高、生态种茶技术提高,有利于WTA与WTP不对称性减弱。In this paper,Contigent Value Method（CVM） is used to survey tea operators’ ecological willingness to pay（WTP） and their willingness to accept（WTA） in Anxi Tie Guanyin producing areas and to analyze the the factors of difference between WTP and WTA by linear regression model.The result indicates a great disparity between WTP and WTA with a ratio of WTA/WTP surpassing 5.Three factors,including tea producers’ attention to ecological compensation project,the use of ecological tea technology and the proportion of tea income in household income,significantly influence the difference between WTP and WTA.Based on the above influencing factors,it reveals that the increasing return rate of tea producing and the income growth helps to relieve the disparity.Hence,more attention is paid to ecological projects.In addition,the improvement of ecological planting technology also helps to relieve the disparity.
