摘　　要：介绍连续平压式热压机钢带用宽幅砂带磨床的研制开发,阐述宽幅砂带磨床研制的关键技术,从加工效率、加工精度、表面质量、砂带消耗等方面评价其加工效果,并提出设备和工艺改进的方向。The article introduced the development of sanding belt grinder for the polishing steel belt in continuous press; discussed the key-technology for the development of the grinder; and analyzed the polishing performance from aspects of processing efficiency, processing precision, surface quality, belt consumption, etc. The author also proposed future development trend would emerge from the angle of equipment itself and process.
