改良下颌联冠斜面导板在替牙期个别前牙反矫治中的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察改良下颌联冠斜面导板矫治器治疗替牙期个别前牙反的临床效果。方法:对60例替牙期个别前牙反患者采用改良下颌联冠斜面导板矫治器进行矫治,对矫治效果进行临床评价。结果:58例患者经过(2.0±0.5)个月的矫治,被矫治牙反解除,与下前牙建立了正常的覆、覆盖关系;2例患者治疗失败。结论:改良下颌联冠斜面导板矫治器解决了传统矫治器矫治过程中咀嚼效率低下、矫治力难以控制、调整加力不便等问题,矫治效果良好。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of mandible crown cant type guide for tooth correctional implement treatment period after teeth against individual.Method： 60 patients with tooth after teeth against individual modified jaw crown cant guide malocclusion were selected and the clinical effect of the treatment was evaluated.Result： 58 patients after （2.0 ± 0.5）months of therapy were correctional tooth the tooth to lift, and the establishment of a normal overlying the front teeth, covering relations; 2 cases of patients were with treatment failure.Concluslon： The modified jaw crown cant guide and correcting device solves the traditional treatments and correcting device in the process of chewing inefficient, and correcting force is difficult to control and adjust the strength of inconvenience. The treatment effect is good.
