摘　　要：介绍姑息性护理和癌因性疲乏的概念,阐述肺癌病人癌因性疲乏的状况,分析癌因性疲乏对肺癌病人的影响,以及姑息性护理在肺癌病人癌因性疲乏中的应用,为国内学者更好地认识和评价姑息性护理及肺癌病人的癌因性疲乏,为不断提高肺癌病人的生活质量作为参考。This paper introduced palliative care and concept of cancer related fatigue,elaborated the condition of cancer related fatigue of patients with lung cancer, analyzed the influence of cancer related fatigue on lung cancer patients and the application of palliative care in cancer related fatigue of patients with lung cancer, so as to pro- vide references for domestic scholars having a better understanding and evaluation of palliative care and cancer patients with cancer - related fatigue,in order to continuously improve the quality of life of patients with lung cancer.
