摘　　要：目的:加强医院制剂管理,提高医院制剂质量。方法和结果:对照GPP和GMP标准,从改善医院制剂硬件、完善软件、规范生产全过程、增加质检力度、加强人员培训等方面提出质量改进措施,并严格落实执行。上海交通大学医学院附属第九人民医院的医院制剂质量得到明显提高,顺利通过食品药品监督管理部门的各项检查。结论:通过加强医院制剂管理,医院制剂的质量不断提高。Objective： To strengthen the management of hospital preparations and improve the quality of hospital prepara- tions. Methods and Results： With GPP and GMP standards as the guidelines, quality improvement measures were put forward from the following perspectives： the improvement and perfection of hospital hardware and software, the standardization produc- tion process, the enhancement of quality inspection, the strengthening of hospital staff training, and all the measures were strictly implemented. As a consequence, the quality of hospital preparations was greatly improved and smoothly passed various checks by the food and drug supervising authority. Conclusion： Through strict control, the quality of the hospital preparations has been greatly improved.
