摘 要:从阳江东平某虾池过滤口筛选出一种脱氮性能较高的好氧反硝化细菌X12,为革兰氏阴性菌、杆菌。对X12进行了不同条件下反硝化的特性研究。结果表明,碳源为柠檬酸钠、温度30℃、转速160 r/min,p H=7.0,以亚硝酸钠为唯一氮源时,反硝化脱氮效率为96.5%。后续通过逐步提高培养基中氮素的浓度,以及对该菌株进行驯化及固定化技术,以期在海水养殖废水的脱氮处理方面具有更大潜力。A heterotrophic nitrification-aerobic denitrification bacterium named X12 was isolated from the filter mouth of Dongping shrimp pond,Gram negative bacteria,bacillus. The characteristics of denitrification of X12 was studied under different conditions and the optimal conditions for its growth and denitrification were followed as carbon source was sodium citrate,30 ℃,160 r/min,p H 7. 0. Increasing of nitrogen concentration in the medium and immobilization technology were to be studied in the subsequent step. This strain showed great potential in biological nitrogen removal of wastewater with high salt from mariculture and industries.
