摘　　要：膀胱癌是世界九大恶性肿瘤之一,在我国泌尿生殖系统肿瘤的发病率和死亡率占首位。腺病毒介导的基因治疗和病毒治疗是近年来肿瘤治疗的热点。运用特异性的启动子控制关键基因的表达是腺病毒改造的重要策略,能进一步提高重组腺病毒的肿瘤特异性和人体安全性。本研究对重组腺病毒构建过程中所使用的膀胱特异性启动子进行综述。Bladder cancer is one of the nine biggest malignant tumors in the world, and its morbidity and mortality rank the first in urinary reproductive system tumor in our country. Adenovirus-mediated gene therapy and virotherapy are hot spots in the field of tumor therapy in recent years. The way using specific promoter to control the expression of key genes is an important strategy in the recombinant adenovirus, so that the tumor specificity and human safety can be improved. Bladder specific promoter that is applied in recombinant adenovirus construction in basic researches will be reviewed.
