摘  要:目的调查湖南省护理专业学生实习前职业认同现状,并探讨其影响因素。方法采取分层随机整群抽样法抽取湖南省2016年即将参加临床实习的5所不同学历层次院校的护理专业学生各2个班级共582名学生,采用一般情况调查表、职业认同量表进行调查。结果湖南省护理专业学生职业认同得分为(58.11±0.48)分,处于中等水平;多元回归分析显示护士受人尊敬程度及社会地位、教师对专业的态度、录取批次、在校成绩、班干部经历和职业风险是护理专业学生职业认同的主要影响因素(P<0.05)。结论护理专业学生职业认同水平有待提高,受多种因素的影响,护理教育工作者应分层次对护理专业学生进行有针对性的职业认同教育。Objective To investigate the current status of professional identity for different educational levels of nursing students in HuMan province and to find its influencing factors. Methods The layering random cluster sampling was adopted to select totally 582 nursing students with 5 different educational levels from 2 classes who would attend the clinical practice in 2016. The questionnaire used was the nurse professional identity scale. Results The professional identity of nurses in HuMan Province was at the medium level with the score of (58.11±0.48). Multivariate regression analysis showed that the respected degree and social status of nurses,the attitude of teachers to the major,educational level,average score,whether being the member of class committee or not,and the medical risk they took on were the main influencing factors of nursing student's professional identity in HuMan Province. Conclusion The level of professional identity of nurses in HuMan Province needs to be improved. Nursing educators need to conduct different level of education to the students according to their characteristics.
