摘  要:目的观察醒脑静联合门冬氨酸鸟氨酸及支链氨基酸治疗肝性脑病(HE)的疗效。方法将84例HE患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组42例。2组予常规治疗+门冬氨酸鸟氨酸及支链氨基酸;治疗组在此基础上加用醒脑静注射液。观察2组治疗前、治疗7d血氨(NH3)总胆红素(TBiL)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)变化;测试数字连接试验(NCT)及数字符号试验(DS),比较2组神志清醒时间和治疗总有效率。结果 2组治疗7d后NH3、TBiL、ALT、NCT、DS较治疗前均有明显改善(P<0.05),且治疗组较对照组改善更明显(P<0.05)。治疗组神志清醒时间、总有效率亦明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论醒脑静联合门冬氨酸鸟氨酸及支链氨基酸治疗HE可以显著降低血氨水平,保护肝功能及改善认知功能,疗效确切。Objective To investigate the curative effect of Xingnaojing combined with ornithine aspartate and branched-chain amino acids on hepatic encephalopathy(HE).Methods A total of84 patients with HE were randomly given conventional treatment,ornithine aspartate and branched-chain amino acids(control group,n=42)or in combination with Xingnaojing injection(treatment group,n=42).The blood levels of ammonia(NH3),total bilirubin(TBiL)and alanine transaminase(ALT)were measured before and after treatment for 7days.In addition,the number connection test(NCT)and digit symbol test(DS)were performed and the awake time and overall response rate were determined in both groups.Results After treatment,the levels of NH3,TBiL and ALT and the scores of NCT and DS were significantly improved in both groups,and the improvement in treatment group was more obvious than that in control group(P<0.05).Furthermore,compared with control group,the awake time and overall response rate were increased in treatment group(P <0.05).Conclusion Xingnaojing combined with ornithine aspartate and branched-chain amino acids can reduce blood ammonia levels and improve hepatic and cognitive function in patients with HE.
