摘 要:从活性污泥中筛选出一株可高效降解苯胺的细菌,通过扫描电镜观察、PCR法扩增16S rDNA测序和比对、生理生化实验鉴定其种属。结果显示,所筛选的菌株DK为代尔夫特菌属(Delftia sp.)。通过正交试验探索其最优生长条件为:温度30℃,pH=8,摇床转速250 min^(-1),苯胺浓度0 mg·L^(-1)。菌株DK对苯胺降解效率随着接种量增加而提高,随着苯胺浓度的增加而减小。菌株DK在含有1 000 mg·L^(-1)苯胺的自来水中3 d后的降解率达到87.4%。为菌株DK的开发应用奠定了一定基础。One efficient aniline-degrading bacterium named DK was isolated from activated sludge. DK was ob-served through the SEM . 16S rDNA of DK was amplified using PCR ;then species were identified by sequencing and alignment. The optimal growth conditions of DK were measured through orthogonal experiments. The result showed that the screened bacterium DK belonged to Deljiia sp.. The optimal growth conditions were that the tem-perature was 30 ℃; pH was 8; rotation speed was 250 min-1 and aniline concentration was 0 mg ·L-1. The degra-dation rate of aniline in tap water was 87 . 4 % in three days by stain DK , and the concentration of aniline in tap water was 1 000 mg · L-1. This study provided a theoretical basis for the large-scale application of DK .
