摘  要:目的探讨早期生长反应基因3(EGR3)在胃癌中表达的临床意义。方法应用免疫组化染色方法检测EGR3在102例胃癌及癌旁组织表达差异,并分析其与患者性别、年龄、TNM分期、淋巴结转移、分化及预后的关系。结果 EGR3在胃癌组织中表达水平显著低于对应的癌旁组织(P<0.01);EGR3在胃癌组织中表达降低程度与肿瘤TNM分期(P<0.01)、淋巴结转移(P<0.01)及分化程度(P<0.01)密切相关;EGR3表达缺失患者术后5年生存率显著降低(P<0.01);单因素分析提示,肿瘤TNM分期、淋巴结转移及分化也与患者预后相关(P<0.01)。结论 EGR3表达缺失与胃癌恶性进展密切相关,为胃癌患者诊断、治疗及预后判断提供了线索。Objective To explore the clinical significance of the expression of early growth response gene 3(EGR3) in gastric cancer. Methods The differential expression of EGR3 in gastric cancer tissue and paracancerous tissue of 102 patients was detected by immunohistochemical staining method. The correlation between the expression and the gender and age of patients, TNM staging,lymphatic metastasis, differentiation and prognosis was analyzed. Results The expression level of EGR3 in gastric cancer tissue was significantly lower than that in the corresponding paracancerous tissue(P < 0.01); the decreased expression of EGR3 in gastric cancer tissue was closely correlated to tumor TNM staging(P < 0.01), lymphatic metastasis(P < 0.01) and differentiation degree(P < 0.01);the postoperative 5 year survival rate for patients with expression loss of EGR3 decreased greatly(P < 0.01); single factor analysis showed that tumor TNM staging, lymphatic metastasis and differentiation were also related to patient prognosis(P < 0.01).Conclusion The expression loss of EGR3 is closely related to the malignant progression of gastric cancer and this provides clues for the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis for patients with gastric cancer.
