摘 要:为了优化电阻炉加温过程的动态特性,设计了基于模糊变周期积分分离PI算法的温度控制系统。首先,根据温度控制系统的特点选择双向可控硅过零触发方式,以减小对电网的污染和电磁干扰,并在此基础上构建了以MC9S12XEP100微处理器为核心的温度控制系统的硬件平台。其次,分析了控制周期对系统控制品质的影响,提出了基于模糊变周期的积分分离PI控制算法;根据温度控制系统的特点,设计了相应的隶属度函数和模糊推理规则,从而获得了合适的控制周期。最后,通过试验,对比分析了PI控制、积分分离PI控制和模糊变周期积分分离PI控制三种温度控制算法的温度阶跃响应和相关性能指标。试验结果表明,模糊变周期积分分离PI控制可以有效改善系统的动态特性。In order to optimize the dynamic characteristics of the heating process for resistance furnace, a temperature control system has been designed based on the integral separation PI algorithm with fuzzy variable cycle. Firstly, according to the characteristics of temperature control system, the zero - crossing trigger mode of bidirectional thyristoris adopted to reduce the pollution and electromagnetic interference on the power grid. Based on this,the hardware platform of temperature control system is built with the MC9S12XEP100 microprocessor as the core. Secondly,the influence of control cycle on control quality is analyzed, and the integral separation PI algorithm with fuzzy variable cycle is proposed. According to the characteristics of temperature control system,the corresponding membership function and fuzzy inference rules are designed to obtain the appropriate control cycle. Finally, the temperature step response and related performance indexes are compared and analyzed for three of the temperature control algorithms,!, e. ,PI control, integral separation PI control and the proposed algorithm. The experimental results show that the proposed algorithm can effectively improve the dynamic characteristics of the temperature control system.
