摘  要:留住船员人才是航运企业发展的保证,船员是航运企业核心竞争力的重要支撑,随着社会的进步和经济的发展,船员流失严重,船员资源的短缺,更加重了船员在企业间的频繁流动,本文在对我国船员流失研究的基础上,深层分析我国船员流失的原因,并提出一定的解决方案,为留住航运人才,保障航运发展做贡献.Crew retention is the guarantee of the development of shipping industry. Crew plays an important role in the core competitiveness for shipping enterprises. With the progress of the society and the economic development in our country,the loss of crew becomes serious. The shortage of crew also leads to frequent flow of crew members between enterprises. Based on the current situation of the crew loss in our country, this paper carries out a further analysis on the reasons for the loss and flow of crew and puts forward some solutions to retain the talents and promote the development of the shipping industry.
