康视明合剂联合耳穴贴压治疗视疲劳临床研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察康视明合剂联合耳穴贴压治疗视疲劳临床疗效。[方法]将86例视疲劳患者随机分为治疗组43例用康视明合剂联合耳穴贴压治疗,对照组43例服用杞菊地黄丸。观察明视持久度测定和视疲劳症状积分变化情况,并评价临床疗效。[结果]治疗组的临床综合疗效、明视持久度及视疲劳症状积分改善均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]应用康视明联合耳穴贴压可有效治疗视疲劳,可以显著改善明视持久度及视疲劳症状。[Objective] To study the clinical efficacy of Kangshiming mixtures combined with auricular application pressure in treatingasthenopia. [Methods] Eighty-six cases of patients of asthenopia were randomly divided into two groups,the observation group （43 cases） were treated with Kangshiming mixtures combined with auricular application pressure. The control group （43 cases） was treated with Qiju Dihuang pills. The visuognosis persistence and the asthenopia symptom score improvement of the two groups were observed and the clinical curative effect was compared. [Results] The clinical efficacy,the visuognosis persistence and the efficacy of the asthenopia symptom score in treatment group were better than the control group. There was significant difference between two groups （P〈0.05） . [Conclusion] The application of Kangshiming mixtures combined with auricular application pressure in treatment of asthenopia was positive,which could improve symptoms and the visuognosis persistence significantly.
