摘　　要：目的分析临床胃溃疡治疗中埃索美拉唑三联疗法与奥美拉唑三联疗法的不同效果。方法选择2014年9月至2016年9月来我院治疗胃溃疡的患者90例作为本研究对象,按照随机的方式,分为观察组与对照组,对照组给予奥美拉唑三联疗法,观察组给予埃索美拉唑三联疗法,对比两组患者治疗前后血清炎性因子和临床疗效。结果两组数据间有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在治疗胃溃疡时运用埃索美拉唑三联疗法,与奥美拉唑三联疗法相比,其治疗效果更加突出。Objective To analyze the effect of esomeprazole triple therapy and omeprazole triple therapy in the clinical treatment of gastric ulcer. Methods 90 patients from September 2014 to September 2016 in our hospital for the treatment of gastric ulcer is selected as the research object, according to randomly, divided into observation group and control group, control group was given omeprazole triple therapy for the observation group was given esomeprazole triple therapy, two groups were compared before and after treatment of serum inflammatory factors and clinical curative effect. Results Two sets of data were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The use of esomeprazole triple therapy in the treatment of gastric ulcer, and Austria Compared with esomeprazole triple therapy, the treatment effect is more prominent.
