自拟通络活血汤配合针刺四神聪哑门穴治疗脑梗死后遗症的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察自拟通络活血汤配合针刺四神聪哑门穴治疗脑梗死后遗症患者疗效。方法选取自2015年1月至2016年2月于大连市友谊医院中医康复科收治的病例70例,采用信封法随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组35例,采用常规抗脑梗死的治疗的方法,试验组35例,在对照组基础上采用口服中药通络活血汤及针刺,观察患者临床疗效。结果试验组优于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论通络活血汤配合针刺治疗脑梗死后遗症疗效肯定。Objective To observe the effect of Tongluo Huoxue Decoction Combined with acupuncture Sishencong acupoint therapy in patients with silent cerebral infarction. Methods Since January 2015 to 2016 2 months in the case of Dalian Friendship Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） admitted in Department of rehabilitation medicine, 70 cases, the envelopes were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 35 cases in the control group using conventional anti cerebral infarction treatment method of 35 cases of test group and in the control group based on the use of oral Chinese medicine Tongluo Huoxue Decoction and acupuncture were observed in patients with clinical efficacy. Results The experimental group was better than the control group, with statistical difference（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion The effect of activating blood circulation soup combined with acupuncture in treating cerebral infarction sequelae is definitely.
