产前超声检查在诊断胎儿泌尿系统畸形中的价值

摘　　要：目的通过产前超声诊断胎儿畸形的结果进行分析,了解胎儿畸形的发生率、发生畸形的种类并重点分析泌尿系统畸形,为湖南省产前超声诊断胎儿泌尿系统畸形的流行病学调查提供初步资料。方法记录该院2008‐2009年行产前超声诊断的妊娠妇女的一般情况及检查结果,汇总后进行回顾性分析。结果 44161例孕妇中共检出胎儿畸形3 296例,发生率为7.46%,其中泌尿系统畸形602例,泌尿系统畸形发生率为1.36%。结论产前超声诊断能较早地筛查出泌尿系统及其他种类的胎儿畸形。[Objective]To analyze the records of fetal malformation diagnosed by prenatal ultrasound,to know the incidence rate of fetal malformation,types of abnormalities and especially focus on the analysis of urinary system malformations,in order to provide preliminary data for the epidemiological investigation in fetal urinary system malformations diagnosed by prenatal ultrasound of Hunan province.[Methods]Pregnant women patients＇ general character and results of prenatal ultrasound diagnosis were recorded in our hospital during 2008 and 2009,then the records were retrospectively analyzed.[Results]Among 44 161 cases of pregnant women,3296 cases of fetal malformation were detected with the incidence rate of 7.46%,and 602 cases of urinary system malformations were detected with the incidence rate of 1.36%.[Conclusion]Prenatal ultrasound diagnosis plays an important role in early screening of fetus urinary system malformation and other types of fetal malformation.
