摘 要:目的研究二氧化锆3D打印在牙列缺失患者修复中的应用效果及预后。方法选取该院2012年6月‐2015年6月接诊的90例牙列缺失患者为研究对象,按照随机数表法将其均分为研究组和对照组,对照组患者采用常规牙列修复技术进行治疗,研究组患者采用二氧化锆3D打印技术进行治疗。治疗前后,对两组咬合关系评分和美学效果评分进行评定,并对患者修复体保存效果、操作时间及牙体功能复常时间进行记录分析。结果研究组患者的修复体保存效果(I级为64.44%)明显优于对照组患者(I级为26.67%)(u=3.621,P=0.000);两组患者修复前咬合关系和美学效果评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组患者修复后咬合关系评分和美学效果评分分别为(4.67±0.38)分和(4.97±0.12)分,均高于对照组患者的(4.23±0.32)分和(4.64±0.15)分(P<0.05);研究组患者操作时间及牙体功能复常时间分别为(41.24±3.34)min及(5.21±1.23)d,均明显短于对照组患者的(67.62±3.22)min及(7.34±2.12)d(P<0.05)。结论二氧化锆3D打印可显著改善牙列缺失患者的修复效果,值得广泛推广应用。[Objective]To study the effect and prognosis of zirconium dioxide three-dimensional(3D) printing on the repair of patients with missing teeth.[Methods]Ninety patients with dentition loss admitted in our hospital from June 2012 to June 2015 were studied.According to the random number table method,all patients were randomly divided into study group and control group.The control group was treated with conventional dentition repair technology,and the research group was treated with zirconium dioxide 3D printing technology.Before and after treatment,the two groups were assessed with the score of occlusal relationship and aesthetic effect,and the effect of the restoration,the operation time and the time of tooth function recovery were recorded and analyzed.[Results]The effect of restoration of the study group(Grade I was 64.44%) was significantly better than that of the control group(Grade I was 26.67%),and the two groups were statistically significant(u =3.621,P =0.000).There was no significant difference in the scores of occlusal relationship and aesthetic effect before restoration between the two groups(P〈0.05);after the repair,the scores of occlusion score and aesthetic effect in the two groups were improved,which in the study group was significantly higher than in the control group(P〈0.05).The operation time and the tooth function recovery time of patients in the study group[(41.24±3.34) min,(5.21±1.23) d]were significantly shorter than the control group[(67.62±3.22) min,(7.34±2.12) d],and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P〈0.05).[Conclusion]Zirconium dioxide 3D printing can significantly improve the repair effect of patients with dentition loss,so it is worthy of wide application.
